The CHS Mustang Robotics team competed Saturday in the FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics Competition at Texas Tech University. Two robots competed this weekend and they both did a great job! As usual, the field was tough and scoring was difficult for all teams involved, but our kids worked hard, found innovative solutions to problems, and performed well.
Team #4921 received the Rockwell Collins Innovation Award for an innovative design of a part of their robot and the planning that went into this design. They also advanced to regional competition which will take place on March 3, 2012!
Please congratulate these team members when you see them in your classes. They worked very hard and performed well!
